FA002A/A002D Automatic Plucker Product Application This product is positioned as the first unit in the blowing-carding line, suitable for processing cotton, cotton-type chemical fibers, and medium-length chemical fibers. It can be used in parallel with two units, where one plucker picks fibers from the top layer while the other picks from the bottom layer, or both simultaneously pick from the middle layer. The intermittently descending plucker beater sequentially picks fibers as the carriage moves. The picked fiber tufts are transported via a pneumatic conveying pipeline to downstream machines with the assistance of a fan. II.
